Throughout the year we host many events at Main Street Books. From story time every Saturday morning, book signings, and community events, there is something for everyone.
Character Visits

Book Signings
We host book signings regularly at Main Street Books. We are proud to highlight the works of local and regional authors across a broad spectrum of genres. Signings are announced on our social media pages as soon as they are confirmed.
Story Time Saturday
Every Saturday morning at 10:00 we gather in the kids' room for story time. We have had many guest readers including teachers, first responders, civic leaders, and members of the business community.
Classes and Workshops
We have also opened our store to events such as craft workshops, yoga classes, and sensory activities for children. We're always looking to add new, fun opportunities for our customers.
Book Clubs
The back of the store includes a reading and community area where we encourage folks to spend time with one another. As part of this, we organize and host multiple book clubs and discussion groups. Be on the lookout for announcements of future book clubs.
